Specialized Care for Psychosis

Our care goes beyond the status quo

Our team is modeled after a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) team, bringing together expertise from psychiatry, social work and peer support to provide comprehensive, person-centered treatment for individuals experiencing psychosis.

We use evidenced-based interventions, family involvement and community integration to reduce the impact of psychosis for young adults.

We provide medication management including clozapine therapy and offer Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBT-p) and Family Support.

We also provide the option to work with a Specialized Education and Employment (SEE) specialist who can help to explore and execute efforts toward vocational and educational plans.

In addition to specialized care, one of the unique benefits of working with our team are the social opportunities we coordinate. These occur both in the community and online, inviting young adults to meet peers with similar experiences, reengage with interests that had previously been important and simply get out and have fun.

Research shows that early, intensive treatment for psychosis leads to better long-term outcomes and helps individuals return to work, school and community life more quickly.
