Service Description

This includes one weekly either individual or family therapy session, unlimited group sessions *, one after hours emergency call per week and all necessary medication management contacts*** up to once weekly as needed and one coordination session per month This does not include the initial treatment planning session. *participant must cover fees associated with group activities such as gym fees ** this is restricted to certain hours *** medication management may be addressed during weekly therapy sessions
